Shipping & Handling

We ship our fresh Tortillas and products to locations within the United States.

To ensure all customers get fresh tortillas, we send the most recently produced tortillas once your order is placed.

  • To preserve product, please freeze or refrigerate upon receiving.

  • All Prices are listed on our website in USD and include Shipping.

  • To ensure freshness of tortillas, we ship tortillas three times per week Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

  • Items ordered after 10 am on Monday and Tuesday will ship the following day.

  • All times listed are in Eastern Standard Time format.

  • In Extreme weather conditions, shipping/delivery times may take longer than normal and are out of our control.

Cancelling & modifying Your Order

In case you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase for us to process the cancellation.

If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us with the new address within 12 hours of purchase. We will confirm the updated address via email.

Refund & Exchange Policy

To achieve 100% customer satisfaction, we offer refunds or exchanges within 7 days from shipping date for all eligible online orders. Please email us and we’ll be happy to either send you a replacement package or issue you a refund. 

  • Items with manufacturer’s default or defect are eligible for refund or exchange.
